A safe space to heal.

You deserve goodness: to behold it, to believe it for yourself, to see it unfold within and around you. The Well Holistic Counseling offers a safe space, support, and resources to pursue goodness, growth, and healing for your life.

My name is Ashley -

I am the owner and therapist at The Well Holistic Counseling. I support young adults and Millenials in the thick of life -

We are overexposed to heartache, turmoil, and noise from the world around us. We are calibrated to anticipate awfulness and starved for awe. No wonder when our own challenges and heartaches arise we are depleted of strength and hope before we can even begin.

It doesn’t have to be this way. My role is one of facilitator who walks with you as you explore your story, beliefs, and patterns and take the daring step in creating a new path forward - celebrating what is true about you and digging wells of inner strength and meaning for the road ahead.

Why “The Well”

A well is a resource that is created by digging deep into the ground to access sustenance: flowing water. A resource that once accessed can be a continual supply of life and refreshing. I believe you have a well within you and my aim and therapeutic approach is one that supports you as you learn to access that inner well of strength and resilience. Through exploring your story, cultivating new tools, and embracing healthy beliefs and patterns, you will tap into this well in a way that empowers you to go on and live a life that is good and whole - not perfect, but healthy and nourished from the inside out.

“Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you’re feeling. To have the hard conversations.”
